I find myself wondering what my new cube/office/whatever will look like.
When I was at the agency in Dallas, I had this bland, boring, grey, fabric-walled cube. It was depressing. The furniture was the typical modular, one way to arrange it cube furniture.
In Austin, I've had cubes with "real" walls and moveable furniture. I've liked that. I prefer that. It means that I get to enjoy rearranging things whenever I can convince the mailroom guys to help me out.
I'd assume that I'll end up in a tiny cube with permanently arranged furniture, but with the promotion that's included with the new gig, I'm not sure if it'll turn out differently.
Why am I sitting around wondering where I'll be sitting/working when I should be in bed?
